Software has not been updated for years and needs to be! No support or even an automated response. Apparently the distributor in UK lives near me and I have been considering going to track them down as I paid for my copy and the key is now invalid! Doesn't seem to be anything elase out there like it - and I find it really handy - which is very strange.
